While others are taking a break, come work on your craft so you have a break-out month of May in your school season!

Join James Christie and a select group of your peers for a 4-day intensive softball workshop to develop your craft. This workshop is designed for dedicated and experienced players looking to continue to hone their skills, work out any existing mechanical issues that may have recently arisen, or for players looking to stay fresh during April vacation.

This workshop is not for everyone...we will be selecting a limited number of players based on skill level to participate. Participation may require an assessment, and this will be done by appointment only.

What to expect from this workshop:

Position specific development - not just balls being hit at you, real positional work.

Hitting mechanics, timing, pitch selection process, and more.

Strength and conditioning, footwork, and speed & agility

Mental approach - chalk talk and film review
