The camp will run from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, details below: (Be mindful of which sections you signed up for please)

• 8:00AM to 10:30AM: Defense (Infield and Outfield)

  • 7:30AM Arrival for check-in

  • Players can begin stretching and throwing at this time. We expect everyone to be ready to go at 8AM

  • Players will be broken up between IF/OF and separate drills will be run for each group

• 10:30AM to 12:30PM: Hitting

  • 10:00AM Arrival for check-in

  • Players can begin stretching/taking swings at this time. We expect everyone to be ready to go at 10:30AM

  • Bownets will be set up to get some swings in before 10:30AM

  • Players will rotate thru various stations in groups

• 1:00PM to 2:30PM: Pitcher/Catcher

  • 12:30PM Arrival for check-in

  • Players can begin stretching/warming up at this time. We expect everyone to be ready to go at 1PM

  • Pitchers will have an opportunity to showcase all of their pitchers and staff will gather the metrics.

  • Catchers will assist pitchers by catching for them. Additionally they will be run thru stations and metrics gathered such as pop time.

• 3:00PM to 5:00PM: Live Game

  • 2PM Arrival for check-in

  • Players will be given opportunity to warm up from 2:30-3:00 as we get ready for the game. Games will start at 3:00PM.

  • Players will be broken up into 4 teams playing on two fields side by side. (Your team assignment will be sent on Tuesday 6/24 by email)
